On-Site EMT

PeopleWell is hiring EMTs for employer-led on-site medical coverage. You support injury response and documentation on industrial worksites as part of a licensed clinical team operating under Industrial MD medical direction.

Roles are W-2 — PeopleWell is your staffing company and payer. Coverage may be full-time embedded or part-time / rotational depending on the employer program.

What you’ll do

• Support on-site assessment, first aid, and documentation within EMT scope and site protocols.
• Work alongside paramedics and site contacts; escalate per protocol when care exceeds first aid.
• Help keep equipment, supplies, and documentation ready for active shifts.
• Maintain a professional presence on construction, energy, manufacturing, logistics, or utility jobsites.

What we’re looking for

• Current EMT certification/license in good standing for assigned markets.
• Field, industrial, occupational, or high-volume EMS experience preferred.
• Reliable documentation and clear communication with workers and supervisors.
• Comfort in outdoor / industrial environments and willingness to deploy where demand is.
