On-Site Paramedic

PeopleWell is hiring licensed paramedics for employer-led on-site medical coverage on high-risk industrial worksites. You embed with crews, treat injuries where work happens, document care, and escalate emergencies — so most non-emergent cases never leave the pad.

This is W-2 employment with PeopleWell as your staffing company and payer. Clinical protocols operate under Industrial MD medical direction. Assignments are sized to headcount, risk, and distance from emergency care.

What you’ll do

• Provide on-site assessment, treatment, and documentation for worksite injuries and medical events within scope and protocol.
• Operate under Industrial MD clinical protocols and escalate when a case is beyond first aid or protocol.
• Coordinate with site safety/HR contacts on return-to-duty and documentation expectations.
• Maintain credential readiness, equipment readiness, and professional presence on active jobsites.
• Support full-time embedded coverage or part-time / multi-site rotations as the program requires.

What we’re looking for

• Current paramedic license in good standing (state licensure required for assigned markets).
• Experience in EMS, industrial, occupational, event, or related high-acuity field settings preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments (construction, energy, manufacturing, logistics, utilities).
• Clear written documentation and calm communication with workers and site leadership.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for deployments based on market demand.
